I’d been asked to take some portraits of a brilliant family who’d been in touch. The weather forecast on the week was dreary, and while I’m happy to shoot in all weathers, I appreciate that the smallest folk often aren’t. They’re a free-range family with plenty of warm clothes and loved the idea of a winter shoot.
We bundled up tight with our biggest, brightest hats and met up in a Berkshire location to run, laugh and play before stopping for hot chocolates in the café on the way home. We even got a few magical flakes of snow to show up.
